WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHOCCY AND OUR AFFILIATES, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
